Teams differ from championship teams in this way. Even more amazing is the fact that Kansas City wins in spite of losing certain important players. Running back Isiah Pacheco, defensive end Charles Omenihu, and wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster have all missed time due to injuries. Reid has now updated the timeline on allhas been out ever since. Omenihu is still healing after an ACL tear, but he is making progress.. Reid was questioned by media about the anticipated comeback dates of Smith-Schuster, Pachecho, and Omenihu. Reid shared an encouraging report on Smith-Schuster returning this week, along with Pacheco being right behind. “Everyone is close. The other two are not as close to JuJu. We might have them out there (during practice), I’d say. The three of them are really close. All three have an opportunity to show up at practice this week, but Reid stated that Smith-Schuster is most likely to do so. It will be crucial for the Chiefs to have all three back in the starting lineup. For the last two games, Smith-Schuster has been out due to a persistent hamstring injury.
